The master bedroom is very spacious with access to the oceanfront balcony. Open the door and listen to the waves all night long!!! The large balcony allow one to look to the left and see the nature ocean waves as the approach the island and inlet of Cherry Grove. A WOW view. The condo is well cared for and what a great place for you to have your place in the SUN!! AS SPECIAL THING ABOUT THIS UNIT IS THAT YOU CAN DRIVE UP THE PARKING DECK AND PARK AND JUST ONE STEP TO BE ON THE LEVEL OF THE CONDO. NO Elevator unless you want to go down to the pool and ground level or beach. This unit is a NO PET and NO SMOKING CONDO. Just down the boulevard is a great place called Boulineau's a great large store where you can find most anything you need. Great place to get your food ,drinks, etc Also near by are great places to eat and shop. Plus Ocean Drive (Main Street) and down town NORTH MYRTLE BEACH and lots more shopping and eating is just minutes away. Unit usage: Check out is on Sunday by 2PM IN BY 5PM. PRIOR TO DEPARTURE YOU MUST TAKE YOUR TRASH OUT, REMOVE ALL YOUR FOOD, WASH AND RETURN ALL THINGS USED IN THE KITCKEN TO THERE PROPER PLACE. Place bed spreads back on the beds as the bed is made up. Properly set the thermostat as instructed in the unit to the correct setting. The unit is cleaned after use however you must bring your own toilet paper , paper towels , soap, etc. You must also bring your own linens and towels. These are NOT furnished by the unit.
