This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
I have over 20 years of experience of being a Real Estate Broker in the Topsail area and ranked in the top 100 agents in the region with C21. I also have personal experience in investing and expertise in dealing with foreclosures and short sales. My father was a local developer that built many new homes and developments in the area. I have over have 20 plus years of experience selling land, custom built, pre and new construction homes. I have experience selling luxury oceanfront & waterfront homes, land, vacation rental properties, 2nd homes, homes for military, first time homebuyers and families looking to relocate to the area to be close to the beach.
