The house has been kept up perfectly and hardly ever used because it was a second home. You are in a private cul-de-sac with twelve other homes; obviously, very little traffic. Oh by the way, if you want to watch the golf action on the 7th green of Founders, just look from the front porch. Club membership is inactive but no activation fee applies.
