Well hello there, my name is Nolan Formalarie and I moved from the chilly Northeast about 7 years ago to be by the beach and sun. I enjoyed western MA but as an avid outdoor person (who needs the sun) I decided to take a trip to Wilmington and immediately fell in love with the area.
I used to be a huge day hiker and mountain biker but because this area is flat I quickly adapted and now I’m an avid kayaker, walker and beach comber. The kayaking in Brunswick County is absolutely amazing; if you’re looking for something that closely resembles the amazon you can find it in the Lockwood Folly River, if you like sea kayaking the Marsh Savannahs that lead to the Atlantic might be for you.
Our beaches are calm, serine and full of white sand. Down in Brunswick County they all face south making them an excellent place to take a walk around Sunset. I get out there at least once a week to walk…it’s a stress release as well as therapeutic.
As for being a real estate broker I genuinely love what I do. I don’t sell homes or land I simply provide the best customer service I can to my clients.
